3) Trance your finger around the 7 Circuit Labyrinth all the way to the center and out again.

1) Place your feet on the floor and close your eyes.  Breathe in and feel the breath moving through your body.  Breathe out and feel any tensions in your body releasing.  Continue to breathe and release in this After a minute gently open your eyes and once re-acclimated move on.

2) Close your eyes, place your feet on the floor, and settle into the moment & your breath.  Feel the energy in your body reaching downward like the roots of a tree towards the earth.  Continue reaching your energy downward until you feel your ‘roots’ reach the very center of the Earth.  Take a few breaths like thing and then slowly open your eyes and move on.

You can do any of these three exercises with a group or alone but you should notice that after doing it you feel better and ready to tackle the challenge in a more calm, head-on manner.
